CEO
Adi is a native Israeli, a 48 years old M.B.A graduate. He has 20 years of sales management
and business development experience.
Adi has been living in Germany for the past 5 years and is heavily involved in business
development and sourcing new opportunities for Israeli companies.
JAN SCHMIED
Legal and Administrative
Jan is native German, a 49 years old lawyer. He comes with extensive experience as owner
and CEO of an automotive supplier.
Jan has also acted as a consultant for SME’s development.
He is responsible for all fields of law and administration; specializing in process checking and
re-modeling.
ROLAND GRANER
German Business Development
Roland was born in 1964 and has lived in Germany for more than 35 years. He has over 30
years of experience of international business in Asia, Europe and the USA, including 20 years
working in the far east. Roland has vast experience in developing products for the German
market.
He has been based in Israel, Canada, China and Germany.
Roland speaks fluent German, English and Hebrew, as well as basic French and Hungarian.
